Has Hrithik Roshan been approached for Sourav Ganguly’s biopic to be bankrolled by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions?

Sourav Ganguly, affectionately called Dada by his fans, is an Indian former cricketer and commentator, who played as a left-handed opening batsman and was captain of the Indian national team. In his tenure as a cricketer, he took the Indian team to great heights. Nonetheless, his contributions will always be remembered by one and all. Now we hear that his fans might be able to witness his story on the silver screen.

According to a report in a leading portal, Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions is keen on making a biopic on Sourav. Apparently, Dharma has also met with Sourav Ganguly’s representatives to discuss the rights and other details regarding the project. What's more? Hrithik Roshan has reportedly being considered to play the role of India’s former skipper. Well, if that's the case, we certainly cannot be more excited.

Not to forget, Sourav had earlier said in an interview that he had discussed the idea of his biopic with Ekta Kapoor once but nothing went further than that.

Currently, he is the president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India.
