The nation is currently battling the outburst of a pandemic named Coronavirus. Starting in the Far-East like China and its neighbouring countries, Coronavirus aka COVID-19 has gripped the whole world into its trap. While medical facilities are being multiplied each day, citizens are advised to not visit crowded places. Owing to this, not just trade and commerce, but the entertainment industry has also faced a major setback. With big-budget films lined up for March, April and May release, their stakes are in danger. One of the numerous releases was Akshay Kumar's and Katrina Kaif's Rohit Shetty directed Sooryavanshi. The actioner was scheduled to release on March 24, 2020, but unfortunately, given the situation, has been pushed ahead.
The makers of Sooryavanshi, on Thursday, on social media platforms, announced that the film won't release on the scheduled date. They further assured that once the situation is under control and their audience is safe, the film will open at theatres.
