In these times of lockdown, social media is proving to be a boon. Right from friendly banters to posting throwback pictures, our virtual platforms are helping us to spread some positive vibes in these difficult times. And one actor, who’s surely doing it all to make social media a better place is none other than Kartik Aaryan.
The actor has recently launched his new Youtube series Koki Poochega where he interviews COVID 19 survivors and real-life heroes who are stepping out and helping the nation to beat the fatal various. While the actor’s first episode got a thunderous response and crossed millions of views across all platforms, in his second episode he gets in conversation with Gujarat based doctor Meemansa Buch, a warrior who saved lives and helped COVID 19 patients. However the episode was supposed to drop yesterday, but with stay-at-home circumstances and editing at home with regular internet surely slowed down the process.
Aaryan took to his Instagram late last night and shared a picture, where he looks all hassled on a video call and the editing of the episode still under process. He captioned the picture, ‘Work from home they said. Episode 2 still rendering. #KokiPoochega,’ and inserted crying emojis to depict his distressed state and even added tortoise emojis to tell us how slow the process of rendering takes with home internet. Lady boss Ekta Kapoor, who produces several daily soaps and who surely understands his plight like no one else, complimented his series and also added witty comment on his post. The TV Czarina said, ‘These r super. Thank god u r not a producer u make better episodes than me! 1st one fab.’ Well, a compliment on Kartik’s chat show from the TV’s numero uno producer is surely a big thing.
Kartik Aaryan has been doing an amazing job with his series Koki Poochega. The first episode got well-deserved appreciation from netizens and industry folks alike. The actor has been the flagbearer in the industry to spread awareness among the masses with his signature monologue #CoronaStopKaroNa, rap and even helping the nation and PM to fight the virus. His heroic act of pledging Rs 1 crore to the PM Cares Relief Funds, at such a young age was truly commendable. All hail the rising superstar!
