First guest of Kartik Aaryan's show 'Koki Poochega' and a COVID-19 survivor Sumiti Singh donates blood plasma, actor lauds her for the contribution


With the nation facing difficult times with the rampant spread of the fatal virus, Kartik Aaryan stood up to do every bit he can to spread awareness and enlighten masses. The actor launched a chat show Koki Poochega, on his Youtube channel and the series within few hours broke the internet. Kartik bust the myths about the pandemic and imparted facts that are important about COVID-19 through his interviewees and Corona warriors. 

Today we hear some great news about one of the guests from the actor’s show, who’s stepped out to save lives. Sumiti Singh, one of the first Coronavirus survivors in India, was interviewed by Kartik in his first episode. The young girl had candidly spoken about her experience when she was diagnosed by the virus and how calmly the situation can be handled. Today news comes in that Sumiti Singh donates her blood as that’s one of the cures to save other patients infected by the virus. She posted a picture of herself on Instagram and proudly announced her great move. The actor soon reposted her picture, ‘So proud of @sumitisingh. I urge all survivors to check with their doctors and donate their blood plasma if eligible to help critical patients who are on the road to recovery. Also a big Thank You Sumiti for spreading awareness. #KokiPoochega.’ Now that’s really sweet and a proud moment for the actor. One of his first interviewees is not just a Corona survivor but now even a true-hero to step out and save lives.  The actor even urges other survivors to follow Sumiti’s steps and help to fight this on-going battle against a virus.

The actor has even pledged Rs 1 crore to the PM CARES Relief Funds and continues to do his bit to stand united with the nation.
