Mr.Bachchan, on the occasion of Janta Curfew on March 22, tweeted that it is coinciding with Amavasya and in which manner the clapping and clanging of utensils will fight against Coronavirus. After getting trolled for the same, he deleted the tweet and a few days later, he stated that the virus can remain on human excreta for weeks. This statement received flak and the Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare dismissed it as false.
