Hrithik Roshan took the box-office by storm with back-to-back blockbusters, namely, Super 30 and War, last year. However, post the two films, the actor is yet to make an announcement regarding his next. Reports have been doing the rounds that Hrithik is considering the remake of Satte Pe Satte, The Burning Train amongst a few. Now, as official confirmation is awaited, the buzz has it that the Bang Bang actor is in talks with director Om Raut who directed the blockbuster Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior starring Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan and Kajol. As per sources close to the development, Hrithik wants to explore different genres and not restrict himself to action.
“He is in talks with multiple producers and directors discussing several films and is working towards forming a formidable line-up. He is exploring different genres and doesn’t want to confine himself to action. One of the directors he is in talks with is Om Raut, who directed Ajay Devgn in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior,” the source told.
Om, who is currently busy with his upcoming heist drama with Kartik Aaryan, during a recent interview with a leading daily, told that Hrithik is a dear friend and will surely collaborate with him once an appropriate project comes their way. “Hrithik is a dear friend. He is a lovely guy and passionate about cinema. If something pans out, we will collaborate,” Om told during the interview.
Well, it seems Hrithik and Om might collaborate at the earliest and drop in the surprise soon.
