Vicky Kaushal turned 32 on Saturday and the actor enjoyed a low-key birthday amid the COVID-19 lockdown. "It's going to be different this time because it'll be a quiet one. It is going to be all about spending time with family. I'll also be catching up with my friends over video calls," he had earlier said.
Now revealing how he celebrated his birthday, Vicky said that he was busy enjoying with his friends through the digital medium by mentioning, "met no one, but connected with so many." He wrote in his heartfelt post, “This birthday is the one, I’ll always remember. Home made cakes, virtual parties with friends across continents… never knew not doing dishes and dusting for a day could make me feel like a king," adding, “Every call, every message, every poem, all the posts, the sketches, the art work and what not… it all really made me feel special. All thanks to you, the big family that I’m blessed to be a part of. Man! Quarantine Birthday is so worth the hype.”
On the acting front, Vicky was last seen in Bhoot - Part One: The Haunted Ship. The film tells the story of a young shipping officer, Prithvi, grappling with a personal loss. He takes it upon himself to unravel the mystery of a haunted ship. He will next be seen in Shoojit Sircar's Sardar Udham Singh next. The film is slated to release in January 2021 as of now. He will also be seen playing Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw in a biographical drama directed by Meghna Gulzar apart from Karan Johar's Takht.
