After much anticipation, the makers of Amitabh Bachchan's and Ayushmann Khurrana's Gulabo Sitabo announced its direct-to-web release amid Coronavirus crisis. Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the quirky comedy will stream on Amazon Prime Video from June 12. While the trailer will be out soon, the team of Gulabo Sitabo, a term that refers to a legendary pair of puppet sisters and a part of Uttar Pradesh's folklore, unveiled its motion poster today.
The motion poster of the slice of life dramedy promised the audience a fun-ride. Gulabo Sitabo revolves around the landlord Mirza (Amitabh) and tenant Baankey (Ayushmann) who like Tom and Jerry are unique and unmatched, friend and foe, naughty and smart, little and large. Indeed, they are set to cause chaos on the screen!
