The ongoing nationwide lockdown has brought a major change to the calendar of Bollywood releases with theatres being shut for 2 months. This is apparently the first time in the past few years that Salman Khan won't be greeting his fans at the cinema hall on Eid. With his film, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai scheduled to release on May 22, being pushed forward indefinitely, bhai Salman assures to treat his fans to something spectacular once the situation returns to normalcy. As the superstar is staying at his Panvel farmhouse amid the lockdown, he hasn't stopped working. As per reports, Salman is in talks with the popular South Indian director Puri Jagannadh for his next pan-India project.
Puri, who directed Amitabh Bachchan's Buddha Hoga Tera Baap, is said to be in constant touch with Salman and has narrated the script as well. According to reports, the film revolves around heroism. As per the buzz, Salman and Puri will be meeting each other once the lockdown is lifted.
Workwise, Puri is currently focusing on his film with Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday. The project is a pan-India venture and marks the Bollywood debut of the former. It is reportedly titled Fighters. Salman, on the other hand, is yet to complete the final portions of Radhe and then he will move onto Sajid Nadiadwala's Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali co-starring Pooja Hegde.
