The nation woke up to the shocking news of Wajid Khan's untimely death. The music composer and singer who along with his brother Sajid Khan delivered numerous hits in the past, breathed his last at the age of 42. Wajid was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai for over two months and was in critical condition for the last 10 days due to his heart ailment. It is believed that he was infected with Coronavirus three days ago.
Soon after the news broke out during the wee hours of Monday morning, Bollywood offered their condolence to the bereaved family. Sonu Nigam was the first to inform about Wajid's sudden and shocking demise. Celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Karan Johar, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Parineeti Chopra and several others paid tribute to the ace singer-composer.
