The fashionista of Bollywood, Sonam Kapoor is celebrating her 35^th birthday today and wishes are pouring in for her from her family, friends, colleagues and fans. The actress flew down to Mumbai yesterday after spending the lockdown in Delhi with her husband Anand Ahuja’s family. Her father veteran actor Anil Kapoor was one of the first ones to wish her with an emotional yet hilarious birthday message on Instagram.

Sonam might be a much-photographed celebrity today but it was in the year 1990 that she posed on the cover of a magazine with dad Anil and sister Rhea. Apparently, the trio posed for film journalist Bhawana Somaaya and was directed by her too, making her Sonam’s first director much before Sanjay Leela Bhansali came along to launch her in Saawariya. The costumes that Anil, Sonam and Rhea wore were designed by none-other-than Sunita Kapoor. Check out the picture below.
