Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide at his Mumbai residence on Sunday morning. His body was found hanging by his maid and friends who informed the cops. Currently, the police are investigating the suicide case. It is said that Sushant was in depression for the last six months. He was 34 years old. Soon after the shocking news broke out, Bollywood celebrities were left in disbelief and mourned the untimely demise of the talented star.
Anushka Sharma, on her Instagram account, wrote, "Sushant, you were too young and brilliant to have gone so soon. I'm so sad and upset knowing that we lived in an environment that could not help you through any troubles you may have had. May your soul rest in peace."
Jacqueline Fernandez, who worked with Sushant in Drive, wrote, "Sush... I’m so sorry... RIP". She also shared a video of their stage performance and said, "I will always remember you this way.. hard working, caring, intelligent and full of passion"
Kareena Kapoor Khan, on Instagram, offered condolence.
Rakul Preet Singh tweeted, "I’m speechless , shocked , trembling . It’s extremely difficult to digest this terrible news. Such an amazing soul :( you shall be remembered forever .. #ripsushant #gonetoosoon". She further added, "I’m just unable to process this loss. Always such a happy cheerful person. Super talented , passionate about multiple things.. I just can’t .. CANT :( really devastating"
