RIP Sushant Singh Rajput: Anushka Sharma, Farah Khan, Vikrant Massey and Gauahar Khan slam 'insensitive people' for using the pictures of his dead body

Sushant Singh Rajput, who committed suicide at his home in Mumbai, this morning was said to be dealing with depression. The actor was 34. He debuted in Bollywood with Kai Po Che! and was last seen in Chhichhore. Sushant was found hanging at his Bandra home in Mumbai earlier this morning His body was found hanging from the ceiling fan. His sudden demise left Bollywood in shock.

While the entertainment fraternity, along with the entire country has been mourning his loss, a few sections of the media very insensitively has been airing the photos of the actor’s dead body that have been circulating online. Now, actors Anushka Sharma, Vikrant Massey, Gauahar Khan and director Farah Khan have lashed out at 'insensitive people' for airing the actor's dead body images. 

Urging people to be sensitive, Anushka wrote on Twitter, "At this time of immense tragedy, I would request the media to be sensitive towards Sushant’s family and friends. I urge everyone to respect their emotions and let them grieve."

Farah tweeted, "My friend has died tragically at a very young age!! STOP Circulating pictures of his death! This is a tragedy NOT entertainment!! Is this the world we live in now??!"

Vikrant Massey wrote, "Can you please fucking stop this ridiculous thing you call journalism??? You make me sick in the gut... You’re actually showing pictures of #sushant lying dead in his bed? @NewsNationTV

He also apologized for not blurring the image of the actor's body himself. He wrote, "All those calling me out for not blurring the pic...I sincerely apologise. I just wanted to bring it out to the relevant authorities & people in general towards this insensitive behaviour. Such acts in the name of journalism & TRP’s should be held responsible."

Slamming the person who clicked those photos in the first place, Gauahar wrote, "I want to know who that heartless person was who pictured a lifeless body n circulated it like it was just a meaty news ! Shame on the person who had access to the room at that time ! #insensitive #shameful
