Mukesh Bhatt confirms 'Sadak 2' to resume by first week of July; makers to shoot song ft. Alia, Aditya, Pooja and Sanjay in Mumbai instead of Ooty

After three months of lockdown, the shooting of films will resume by the first week of July. Amongst the first few films to restart work will be Alia Bhatt's Sadak 2. The makers of the thriller called off their last shoot schedule that included a song in Ooty but will now complete it in Mumbai's Film City. Talking about getting a go-ahead to shoot, Mukesh Bhatt, the co-producer of Sadak 2 that marks Mahesh Bhatt's directorial comeback, told a leading daily that the team is planning to resume work by the first week of July and are putting things in order to shoot the song featuring Alia with the other leading actors-Aditya Roy Kapur, Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt.

"We are planning to resume the shoot of Sadak 2 by the first week of July. We got the go-ahead from Film City yesterday. So, we are putting things in order and will soon determine the studio we can shoot in. We will have to build a small set for the song," Mukesh told.
