Instagram launches 'Reels' a week after India bans TikTok; Varun Dhawan, Katrina Kaif, Shilpa Shetty Kundra and other celebs try out the new feature

Instagram, which keeps launching fun filters and effects, is back with yet another fun feature. The newest feature to unveil on Instagram is called Instagram Reels. The feature lets its users record exciting videos and add filters and songs as well, the only catch is - the videos need to be less than 15 seconds. The new feature comes a week after 59 Chinese apps including one of the most famous apps TikTok was banned in India. TikTok had the same concept, the only difference was that it let its user record up to a minute. Even since the feature was introduced, hashtags like #ReelKaroFeelKaro and #ReelItFeelIt have been trending on social media.

Ever since the new exciting feature was launched last evening, several celebrities have tried their hands on it with creative videos. Varun Dhawan, Katrina Kaif, Neha Kakkar, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Karishma Tanna and Sunny Leone used the feature to entertain their fans with their innovative concept.

Varun shared a fun video where he is seen lip-syncing his own song Lagdi Lahore Di with the Reels effect. The song featured in his film Street Dancer 3D
