Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan were tested positive for Coronavirus on Saturday. They are currently admitted to the Nanavati Hospital for treatment. Soon after the news broke, reports of Hema Malini testing positive for the novel COVID-19 did the rounds. Reacting to the false rumour, Hema, on Instagram, shared a video of herself to bust the myth.
The actress, in the video, asked her fans to not believe in fake speculations and said she is perfectly alright. "Dear All, Thank you so much for showing your concern. I am absolutely fine with the blessing of Lord Krishna. Radhey Radhey. You all stay home, stay safe," Hema captioned her video.
Earlier today, Hema's daughter Esha Deol Takhtani, on Twitter, dismissed the rumour of her mother's ill health as false. She thanked fans for their love and concern. "My mother @dreamgirlhema is fit & fine! The news regarding her health is absolutely fake so please don’t react to such rumours! Thanks to everyone for their love & concern," Esha tweeted.

Apart from Mr. Bachchan and Abhishek, Anupam Kher's mother Dulari Kher, brother Raju Kher, sister-in-law Reema Kher and niece Vrinda Kher were tested positive for the novel COVID-19. His mother is currently admitted to Kokilaben Ambani Hospital while Raju and his family have self-quarantined themselves.
