On July 11, Abhishek Bachchan and his father Amitabh Bachchan were tested positive for Coronavirus. The father-son duo is currently admitted to Nanavati Hospital for treatment. In the wake of this, Amit Sadh, who worked with Abhishek in Breathe: Into The Shadows, got a precautionary test done. The results have arrived today and Amit has been tested negative. The actor, soon after the result was out, thanked his fans and well-wishers for their concern.

Soon after news of Abhishek testing COVID positive came in, Amit informed his fans that he is perfectly fine and will be getting himself checked as a precautionary measure. During an interview with a leading daily, the actor clarified that Abhishek and he never dubbed together for Breathe: Into The Shadows.
Speaking of Abhishek, he is currently admitted to the Nanavati Hospital along with Mr.Bachchan. His wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan are also positive but will remain at home for treatment as they are asymptomatic. Other members of the family-Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda are found COVID negative. The Bachchans' bungalows- Jalsa, Prateeksha and Janak are sealed by the BMC and sanitised too.
