Director Rumi Jaffery to record his statement with Mumbai Police today over Sushant Singh Rajput’s case

Ever since Sushant Singh Rajput passed away from suicide on June 14, the Mumbai Police has been investigating the late actor's case. While several have already recorded their statements, the last one to give testimony was YRF honcho Aditya Chopra. 

Now, the latest one to record his statement is writer-director Rumi Jaffery. The filmmaker is called at Bandra police station today. Rumi and Sushant shared a close bond and were also going to do a film together that also starred Rhea Chakraborty. However, due to the lockdown, the film was delayed.

Sushant's untimely and tragic death on left everyone deeply saddened and in a state of shock. The actor was said to be under depression for the past six months.
