Aamir Khan's and Kareena Kapoor Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha pushed by a year, to now release on Christmas 2021

Aamir Khan's and Kareena Kapoor Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha is one of the highly anticipated films. The official Hindi remake of Tom Hanks' Forrest Gump is directed by Advait Chandan and was originally scheduled to release on Christmas this year. However, due to the Coronavirus lockdown, the film has been delayed by one year. Well, yes. 

Renowned trade analyst Taran Adarsh, on his Twitter account, shared the new release date of Laal Singh Chaddha. The film will not release on Christmas 2021. "NEW RELEASE DATE... #LaalSinghChaddha - starring #AamirKhan and #KareenaKapoorKhan - will now release on #Christmas2021... Costars #MonaSingh... Directed by Advait Chandan... Produced by #AamirKhan, #KiranRao and #Viacom18Studios," he tweeted.

Aamir, recently jetted off to Turkey to resume work on Laal Singh Chaddha after five months of lockdown. Pictures of the actor at one of the international airports in Turkey surfaced on fan clubs dedicated to him.

Laal Singh Chaddha, directed by Advait Chandan and written by Atul Kulkarni, also features Mona Singh, Manav Vij and Vijay Sethupathi. Shot in Kolkata, Delhi, Rajasthan, Chandigarh and Amritsar, nearly 40% of the shoot is pending.
