Renowned Urdu poet Dr. Rahat Indori passed away today due to cardiac arrest. He was admitted to the Aurobindo Hospital in Indore, Madhya Pradesh after testing positive for Covid-19.
He was 70 years old. The news of his demise was shared on his official Twitter account.
