Ganesh Chaturthi 2020: Taimur Ali Khan makes an adorable Lego Ganesha; mom Kareena says 'Tim made sure the festival was on point'

It's that time of the year again when the country welcomes Ganpati Bappa at their homes. The festival is all about decorations, naach-gana, and everyday aartis. Ganesh Chaturthi is one of the festivals in India that is always looked forward to. Be it a commoner or celebrity, everybody bows down in front of Lord Ganesha. Ganpati Bappa is often welcomed by several celebrities in Mumbai with devotion, grandeur and extravaganza. 

While everyone is celebrating the festival in their own style, celebrations at Kareena Kapoor's and Saif Ali Khan's home is quite "different" and pretty adorable this year, courtesy their son Taimur Ali Khan. While some celebs chose to bring Ganpati idols home, Kareena and Saif decided to come up with an out-of-the-box idea and leading the mission was Taimur. On the morning of Ganesh Chaturthi, Kareena revealed that Taimur made a Lego Ganesha for the special occasion: "Ganpati celebrations might be a little different this year... But Tim made sure the festival was on point by making a beautiful Lego Ganesh ji for us," Kareena captioned her post, referring to how Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations are low-key this year because of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Kareena also added a message of positivity to her Ganesh Chaturthi post as she wrote, "Wishing you all a very happy Ganesh Chaturthi. Praying for peace, everyone's health and safety." Kareena and Saif are all set to welcome their second child soon. The announced Kareena's pregnancy recently. 

Riteish Deshmukh's and Genelia Deshmukh's sons Riaan and Rahyl also made Ganpati idol at home. Riteish shared an adorable video of the kids making the eco-freindly Ganesha idol.
