Akshay Kumar turned 53 years old on September 9 and was flooded with special wishes from his colleagues, peers and fans on his birthday. The actor who is currently in Scotland shooting for his upcoming film Bell Bottom today took to social media to thank his fans for showering him with love.
He expressed his gratitude towards his online family via a video message. Along with the video, Akshay wrote, “Ek baat bolun, #DirectDilSe bolun thank you to all my Akkians #BlessedGratefulThankful."

In the video, he mentioned how his fan clubs celebrated his birthday. Several of them organized blood donation camps, fed the poor and downtrodden and even held plantation drives to honour the actor on his birthday.
