Late actor Irrfan's son Babil Khan has been sharing memories of the former, ever since he passed away in April. This morning, Babil shared a throwback photo with Irrfan along with a heartbreaking caption.
He captioned the post as, “I slept for 14 hours and I didn’t want to wake up cause I was dreaming about you. Waking up is the worst, I hate realising everyday that you’re gone. You didn’t say anything, we just laughed. (He’s playing the OG ‘bounce’).
On Monday, Irrfan's son Babil Khan came out in support of Anurag Kashyap who has been dragged into #MeToo allegations after actress Payal Ghosh accused him of 'forcing himself' on her. Babil had posted a note supporting Anurag and said that it was a shame "an invaluable movement like the #metoo is misused in such a malignant manner against a person that has actually inspired equality in an excruciatingly patriarchal industry.” He also said that he was ready to take responsibility in case he was proved wrong. However, the post did not go well with several Netizens as they trolled him. Babil soon shut the trolls down with a post on Irrfan.
Irrfan passed away on April 29 after a two-year long battle with cancer. He is survived by wife Sutapa Sikdar and two sons -- Babil and Ayaan.
