On September 16, 2020, PeepingMoon exclusively informed its readers that Tiger Shroff and director Vikas Bahl are uniting for an action-thriller. Titled Ganapath, the actor officially announced the film with a teaser on November 5. Hailed as the youngest action star of the current generation, Tiger sent his fans into a zone of excitement. Today (November 10), Tiger's look from Ganapath was unveiled.
Sporting a grungy look, Tiger, in the teaser says, "Jab apun darta hai nah tab apun bahut maarta hai." As his look is unveiled, the soundtrack adds to the adrenaline rush. With beats of dhol in the background, the film promises to have an instant mass connect. Sharing the teaser on Instagram, Tiger wrote, "Yaaron ka yaar hu , dushmano ka baap hu! Presenting #GanapathFirstLook"
According to reports, Nupur Sanon and Nora Fatehi are roped in as the female leads opposite Tiger. However, an official announcement is awaited.
Produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Vikas Bahl, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Jackky Bhagnani, Ganapath is divided into two parts and the first installment will go on floors in 2021. Tiger, in Ganapath, will play the role of a boxer. Apart from action stunts, the film will have an emotional core focusing on the character's journey from rags to riches.
