Diljit Dosanjh is actively supporting the farmers of Punjab. Several farmers and activists are protesting in Punjab and Haryana against the three agricultural bills passed in the parliament. Diljit, who is standing by the farmers on social media, extended support to them by joining them at Delhi's Singhu border. The Punjabi actor-singer visited the protest site on Saturday, December 5.
Diljit, at the protest site, addressed the farmers and activities who have blocked entry points to Delhi as a way to oppose the three new bills passed by the ruling government. "Hats off to all of you, farmers have created a new history. This history would be narrated to future generations. Farmers' issues shouldn't be diverted by anyone," Diljit told the farmers.

Diljit further said in his speech, "We have only one request to Centre..please fulfil the demands of our farmers. Everyone is sitting here peacefully & entire country is with farmers."
