It's celebration time at Mumbai's renowned Antilia! Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and his philanthropist wife Nita Ambani became proud parents of a baby boy. Mukesh and Nita's elder son Akash Ambani and his wife Shloka Mehta welcomed their first child today (December 10).
A spokesperson of the Ambani family issued a statement saying, "Nita and Mukesh Ambani are delighted to become grandparents." An official statement by the Ambani family read, "With the grace and blessings of Lord Krishna, Shloka and Akash Ambani became proud parents of a baby boy today in Mumbai. Both mother and son are doing well. The new arrival has brought immense joy to the entire Mehta and Ambani families."

Akash Ambani married Shloka, the daughter of diamond magnate Russel Mehta and Mona Mehta in a grand ceremony on March 9, 2019.
