PeepingMoon.com, exclusively on December 12, informed its reader that Ranbir Kapoor is finally starting the shoot of Luv Ranjan's next with Shraddha Kapoor in the first week of January. A source close to the film told us that it will go on floors in Ghaziabad and then the actors will shoot some portions in Delhi. Now, in a recent interview with an eminent journalist, Ranbir has confirmed the same.

The actor, in the interview, told that the yet-to-be-titled film will go on floors on January 5, 2021. He further revealed that they have been waiting to shoot the film for a year and a half now. For the unversed, Ranbir was shooting for Brahmastra and Shamshera. Apart from this, he confirmed signing Kabir Singh director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's next. Ranbir shared it will go on floors mid next year.

Reacting to the news of signing Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Baiju Bawra, Ranbir said it is just a rumour and he hasn't been offered any film from the filmmaker. 

During the same interview, Ranbir revealed that he would have married his girlfriend Alia Bhatt this year had the COVID-19 pandemic not their lives.
