Amitabh Bachchan shares a cute throwback picture of ‘little’ Hrithik Roshan overseeing rehearsals for his singing debut in ‘Mr.Natwarlal’

Amitabh Bachchan is not only a prolific actor but has also lent his voice to several songs in films. Sharing a throwback picture today, he gave a glimpse of rehearsing for his first song Mere Paas Aao Mere Doston in is 1979 film Mr.Natwarlal. Amitabh shared a rare black-and-white picture from the sets on Instagram which was a revelation as it had Hrithik Roshan in it.

Sharing the picture, Amitabh wrote, “.. the first song I sang for film .. ‘mere paas aao ..’ for Mr Natwarlal .. music rehearsal with Rajesh Roshan , Music Director .. AND .. all this being overseen by one ‘palti maar ke ‘ little one sitting on the bench ... a certain HRITHIK ROSHAN.”

The throwback monochrome picture shows Amitabh in a striped tee and bell-bottoms rehearsing the song with lyrics written on a sheet of paper, whereas Hrithik can be seen sitting on chairs watching the actor. Hrithik is seen sitting next to another girl and has a quizzical look on his face.

Mr. Natwarlal also featured Rekha, Ajit, Kader Khan and Amjad Khan. It was directed by Rakesh Kumar. Hrithik and Amitabh have worked together in two films till date, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham in 2001 and in Lakshya that released in 2004. Amitabh also gave the narration to Hrithik’s 2013 film Krrish 3.
