The Disciple is a 2020 film based on how a vocalist who has devoted his life to the study of classical Indian music begins to question whether he will ever achieve his aspirations of excellence. The film starred Ashwini Kulkarni, Aditya Modak, Arun Dravid and Sumitra Bhave.

The White Tiger touches upon the subjects like corruption, class divide, poverty that still exists in society. The social satire tells the story of Priyanka Chopra Jonas (Pinky) and Rajkummar Rao (Ashik) who hire Balram  (Adarsh) as their driver. However, one night due to some circumstances the couple pushes him into the puddle to save themselves. How Balram refuses to fall for the trap and rebels against the class system in India, is the highlight of the story.
