On August 1, 2019 Dia Mirza and her husband Sahil Sangha had announced separation after five years of marriage. The actress had posted on social media to make the announcement. A year after their separation, Dia reportedly found love again in businessman-investor Vaibhav Rekhi. According to reports that made the round in September 2020, Dia was spending some quality time with Vaibhav Rekhi at his new Pali Hill home. It was also said that the two became close during the lockdown phase. Vaibhav was earlier married to a well-known yoga instructor, Sunaina Rekhi and together they have a daughter.

Now, the latest report on a Bollywood website suggests the two are all set to enter the next phase of their life and get married. According to the site, "The wedding will take place in the next two days on February 15th and is going to be a very low profile function. The rituals and the wedding is going to be an intimate affair and only close family and close friends will be seen in attendance."

Dia had tied the knot with her long-time beau Sahil on October 18, 2014. On the work front, Dia was last seen in Anubhav Sinha's Thappad.
