Amitabh Bachchan starrer Jhund is all set to release in theatres near you. The sports film directed by Nagraj Popatrao Manjule will release in cinemas on June 18, 2021.
The film is a sports drama set against the backdrop of slums and is inspired by Vijay Barse, a Nagpur-based retired sports professor who pioneered Jhoparpatti football, which is a known activity internationally.

Vijay, with his efforts, managed to rehabilitate street kids by diverting their attention from drugs and crime with the help of football. Amitabh will be essaying the role of Vijay in the film.
Manjule is making his Bollywood directorial debut with Jhund. Produced by Manjule, Bhushan Kumar's and Krishan Kumar's T-Series Films, Raaj Hiremath and Savita Raj Hiremath, Gargee Kulkarni, Sandip Ssingh & Meenu Aroraa under the banner of T-Series, Tandav Films Entertainment & Aatpat, Jhund has finally got its theatrical release date in place.
