Proving our news right, the makers of Hindi Medium, Angrezi Medium and Bala have released the first posters of Abhishek Bachchan, Nimrat Kaur and Yami Gautam from their upcoming hilarious social comedy Dasvi. The film has started its shooting schedule.
The film is directed by debutant director Tushar Jalota. Dasvi is written by Ritesh Shah and narrates the importance of education. Abhishek’s character is named Ganga Ram Chaudhary, while Nimrat plays Bimla Devi and Yami Gautam’s character is Jyoti Deswal.

As per our sources, Abhishek will play the role of a corrupt politician who goes to jail and— to avoid labour work that happens inside the prison —starts preparing for 10th class examination. Yami Gautam is said to be playing the role of a jailer who keeps a close tab on his activities while Nimrat Kaur will play Abhishek's wife.
