Taapsee Pannu, Anurag Kashyap, Vikas Bahl and several others faced Income Tax raids at their properties in Mumbai on Wednesday, for alleged tax evasion. The raids were conducted over 30 locations in Mumbai and Pune, including homes of several celebrities including the partners of the now defunct Phantom Films.

Now, Swara Bhasker has come out in support of Taapsee and Anurag and has penned an appreciation post for them. However, she did not mention the I-T raids in her post. She took to Twitter and called Taapsee ‘an amazing girl with courage and conviction that is rare to see now days’.

On the other hand, for Anurag, Swara wrote, “cinematic trailblazer, a teacher and mentor of talent and a man With rare candour and a brave heart.”
