Kartik Aaryan who had been shooting for his upcoming horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has contacted coronavirus. The actor took to Instagram to share that he has been tested positive for COVID-19.

Kartik shared the news on Instagram and asked fans to pray for his recovery. He shared a plus sign and wrote, "Positive ho gaya. Dua karo (sic)."

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 also stars Kiara Advani and Tabu and is directed by Anees Bazmee.

The film is slated to release on November 19, 2021. Besides, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik will also be seen in Dhamaka and Dostana 2.
