Little did anyone know that terms like COVID-19, quarantine and RT-PCR tests would become a part of our daily conversations and masks and sanitisers would be made compulsory. While nobody predicted the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it seems Bobby Deol was ready for it since 1997! If you are wondering how, then there is the proof.
A video featuring clips from Bobby's films in the '90s went viral on social media. It started with a clip from Kareeb in which the actor said how he can see things that others can't. The next shot showed him jabbing a Q-tip inside Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's nose, just like the way it is done for the RT-PCR test. The shot was from Aur Pyar Ho Gaya (1997). A shot from Dillagi featured his brother Sunny Deol in a pool and Bobby didn't let him touch him. With multiple proofs, Netizens were convinced that Bobby knew about COVID-19 back in the '90s.
