Bigg Boss 7 participant and actor Ajaz Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for dealing with drugs. He was arrested by the investigating agency on March 31 and was in NCB's custody. However, days after his arrest, Ajaz has tested positive for COVID-19.

The actor will be shifted to the hospital at the earliest. The investigating officer who was closely working on the case will also undergo a mandatory COVID-19 test as a precautionary measure. Further details on this are awaited.

Reportedly, Ajaz's name in the case surfaced during drug peddler Shadab Batata's interrogation. He was arrested at the Mumbai airport as soon as he returned from Rajasthan.
