Actress turned politician Jaya Bachchan is currently campaigning for Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress in Kolkata during the ongoing West Bengal assembly polls. She even participated in a roadshow to support TMC's Tollygunge candidate and MLA Arup Biswas. Recently, during a roadshow, things took a different and ugly turn.
In a viral video from the roadshow, a man can be seen trying to click a selfie with Mrs. Bachchan who was seated in her carriage. However, it appeared that she didn't appreciate the person clicking a picture with her without her permission. As a result, she pushed the head of the man away to stop him.
I would like to Thank #JayaBachchan ji for coming & conveying Didi's message to Shibpur and other parts of Bengal. Her presence will give more encouragement to our supporters.
On behalf of the people of Shibpur, I express my love and respect to her. pic.twitter.com/pBiM7ddHeL

Due to the viral video, Mrs. Bachchan has been facing backlash on social media. One person asked, "Kis cheez ka arrogance hai yaar??? Pushing a man rudely just because he was taking selfie?" Another person added, "Rudeness is also known as #JayaBachchan"
