Kim Kardashian is not the only celebrity who has been called out recently for being insensitive and showcasing her ‘privilege’ on social media. When the country is reeling under the effects of the second wave of coronavirus outbreak, the actress is currently in Goa with her fiancé Maneck Contractor. The actress took to social media to share a video from the city that screamed of privilege amid the rising COVID-10 cases in the country and impending lockdown in several states.
Taking to Twitter, Pooja posted a video which she captioned as, “Life is meant to be lived...not spent caged and masked for a year/ years in fear of a virus that's clearly not going away! If you died tomorrow after year of masking/lockdown.. what would ur greatest regret be?” Pooja’s tweet did not go down well with many users, one of whom commented saying, “Ma'am people are dying of covid complications every day. check your privilege. God bless you."
