Rhea Chakraborty offers help through DMs amid COVID-19 second wave, says 'tough times call for unity'

Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty has expressed readiness to help those affected by the second wave of COVID-19. She asked people to reach out to her and said she would try her best to help in any way she can. In an Instagram story, the actor said tough times call for unity, and asked people to 'help all those that you can'.  

Taking to Instagram Stories, Rhea wrote, “Tough times call for unity, help all those that you can… Small help or big help, help is help... Dm me if I can help in any way... will try my best... take care, be kind... Love and strength.”

Meanwhile, the second wave of COVID-19 has sent shockwaves across the nation. As the number of infected cases reached the highest-ever figures amid the record number of deaths, the shortage of medicines, beds, and oxygen has created a challenging situation for the healthcare system.

In the past month actors like Aamir Khan, Kartik Aaryan, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Manoj Bajpayee, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Bhumi Pednekar, Paresh Rawal, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Govinda and Akshay Kumar were among the few Bollywood celebs who tested positive for COVID-19.
