Randhir Kapoor is fighting Covid-19 in the Kokilaben Ambani Hospital along with 5 of his household staff. However, as per reports in a leading daily, the actor has decided to sell his ancestral Chembur home and has bought a place in Bandra which is near Mount Mary’s Church which will bring him closer to his wife Babita and daughters Karisma Kapoor’s and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s houses.
As per reports, Randhir’s new Bandra house is being done up and if there was no spike in the coronavirus cases in the country, it would have been ready to move in. Apparently, Randhir has been feeling very lonely after the passing of his younger brother Rajiv Kapoor in February this year. Talking about his passing, Randhir said, “Rajiv largely stayed with me, he had a house in Pune but he was mostly in Mumbai. Now, I am moving near Babita, Bebo and Lolo's homes.”
He also confirmed moving out of his Chembur home soon and said, “My parents had told me that I can stay in this (Chembur) home for as long as I want, but the day I decide to sell it, I will have to share the sale proceeds with my siblings Rishi, Rajiv, Ritu, and Rima. That's fine as I have done well for myself in my career and also invested well".
