India is experiencing a tough time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The second wave of Coronavirus is deadlier than the first one. Now, as the battle continues, journalist Rajeev Masand has tested positive for COVID-19. According to reports, Rajeev has been admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital in Mumbai.
Reportedly, Rajeev was taken to the hospital when his oxygen level dipped. It is being said that the doctors have described his condition as critical. However, there is still no update from Rajeev's family. Rumours claim that he has been put on a ventilator.

Somen Mishra, the Head Of Creative Development at Dharma Productions, tweeted to clarify that Rajeev isn't on a ventilator but is critical. He further added that the veteran journalist is feeling much better today. "Saw this as it appeared on timeline. Seems word is doing the rounds, too many calls/messages, so just clarifying he is not on ventilator. Critical, yes. Also slightly better today. Hoping praying for the best," Somen tweeted.
