Lucky Ali reacts to death rumours, quips 'resting in peace at home'

On Tuesday, rumours of singer Lucky Ali passing away due to COVID-19 did the rounds. The singer as well as his friends and fans were in utter shock over the fake news. Lucky, who found himself trending once again in 2020 for singing O Sanam during an interview, is currently in Bengaluru at his farmhouse with his family. 

Lucky, on Instagram, quashed the rumour of his demise and assured that he is safe and healthy. "Hi everyone just addressing the rumours. I'm alive and well and resting in peace at home haha. Hope you all are staying in and staying safe. May god protect us all during this devastating time," Lucky wrote.

Lucky's friend and actress Nafisa Ali had dismissed the rumour. On Twitter, she reacted to a user's post and wrote, "Lucky is totally well and we were chatting this afternoon. He is on his farm with his family . No Covid . In good health."
