Mohit Raina enjoys a massive fan following. The actor shot to fame for portraying the role of Mahadev in the TV show Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev and then made his Bollywood debut in Uri: The Surgical Strike. While fans are concerned about Mohit, a person named Sara Sharma, who is a self-proclaimed admirer of the actor, left everyone panicked. Sometime back, Sara started a social media campaign saying "Save Mohit Raina". 

Sara claimed that Mohit might unexpectedly die in Mumbai just like Sushant Singh Rajput. In a post, she further said that the actor himself told her that his life was in danger. However, Mohit and his family members dismissed it as false. The actor also went on to say that he is fit and fine.

According to sources, Mohit has approached Borivali Court to look into the matter. The Court has instructed the police to record the actor's statement. Reportedly, in his statement with Goregaon police, Mohit has filed a complaint against Sara Sharma, Parveen Sharma, Aashiv Sharma and Mithilesh Tiwari for criminal conspiracy, giving wrong information to the police and demanding ransom.
