Kartik Aaryan's popularity knows no boundaries. A favourite with filmmakers, the actor has been signing some interesting projects. While he is awaiting the release of Dhamaka on Netflix, Kartik is reportedly looking into good scripts. Today, he finally announced another project. This time, Kartik will be directed by National Award winner Sameer Vidwans who directed the Marathi film, Anandi Gopal (2019). 

Titled Satyanarayan Ki Katha, the Sajid Nadiadwala-back film is expected to be a musical and an epic love story. Sharing a teaser, Kartik wrote, "A story close to my heart #SatyanarayanKiKatha  A special film with special people " Satyanarayan Ki Katha will release in theatres in 2022. The name of the leading lady hasn't been announced as of now. Sajid will be jointly producing the film with Kishor Arora & Shareen Mantri Kedia's production house, Namah Pictures.

Workwise, Kartik is yet to complete the shoot of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. His film, Dhamaka, with Ram Madhvani is expected to release this year.
