Rhea Chakraborty is gradually healing from the trauma she had to go through in 2020. The actress is yet to sign her next film, but she is definitely in the process of preparing herself to face the camera amid much hate on social media. Now, according to a leading daily's report, Rhea is said to be in talks with three international casting companies.
A source close to the development told the daily that Rhea is yet to finalise the film. "Three of the top international casting companies are in conversation with Rhea currently. She hasn’t made up her mind as to which one of those she will finalise, but she has kept her options open as of now. It really will be about where she gets work from first. Work is a priority for her," the source told.
According to reports, Rhea has been offered the role of Draupadi in a modern-day retelling of Mahabharat. There is no official confirmation from Rhea on this. As of now, Rhea will be seen in Chehre co-starring Amitabh Bachchan, Emraan Hashmi, Krystle D'Souza and others.
Post the death of Sushant Singh Rajput on June 14, 2020, Rhea's life underwent a complete 360-degree change overnight. As different chapters unfolded, NCB trials to CBI investigation and even judicial custody, Rhea found herself in the eye of the storm.
