Nag Ashwin was supposed to begin the shooting of his big-budget film in March 2021. However, due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, they had to change the shooting schedule accordingly.

It is being said that Big B, Deepika and Prabhas will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in the film. The project will be a futuristic sci-fi thriller set against the backdrop of an imaginary third world war. Nag Ashwin, in the past, confirmed that the project will not be pan-India but pan-world.
