Janhvi Kapoor has started shooting for the Hindi remake of Malayalam hit film Helen, it has been renamed as Mili. As reported exclusively by us previously, the actress will step into the shoes of Anna Ben in the survival thriller. The film is being directed by Mathukutty Xavier who helmed the original. Mili is produced by Janhvi’s filmmaker father Boney Kapoor.
Helen revolved around a BSc. Nursing graduate who wants to relocate to Canada and works at a restaurant in a plush mall. One night, she doesn’t return home from work because Helen’s manager had unknowingly locked her in the freezer room. She has to survive at -18°C. Helen won National Film Awards - Best Debut Film of a Director and Best Make-up Artist (Ranjith Ambady).

As per media reports, Janhvi will shoot the maximum portion of Mili in Lucknow and other parts of Uttar Pradesh. The film will be produced by Boney and Zee Studios.
Besides, Mili Janhvi has her kitty full with Dostana 2, Good Luck Jerry and several other plump projects.
