On Dil Chahta Hai's 20th anniversary, actor-director Farhan Akhtar announced his next directorial titled Jee Le Zaraa starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt. The three superstars of the current generation are uniting for Farhan's all-girls road trip film. Introducing the next road trip film in their lineup, after Dil Chahta Hai and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Excel Entertainment extended this genre to the girls this time, in collaboration with Zoya Akhtar's and Reema Kagti's Tiger Baby.  

The makers are back with a bang and this one’s definitely the biggest announcement of 2021. Written by Zoya Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar and Reema Kagti and produced by Reema, Zoya, Ritesh Sidhwani & Farhan, the film unites Katrina, Alia and Priyanka together for the very first time. What makes this even more special is that the film will be directed by Farhan and will be releasing in 2023.
