Rani Mukerji, a doting mother and a critically acclaimed actress, is returning to Bollywood after a gap of 2 years. The actress was last seen in Mardaani 2 (2019) and now, she has jetted off to Europe for the filming of Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway. As Rani is away for the shoot, reports are coming in that the actress purchased a new apartment in Rustomjee Paramount, Khar West, Mumbai.
According to a publication, Rani sealed the deal on March 31 this year and got it registered on July 15. Reportedly, Rani's apartment is on the 22nd floor in the E wing of the complex. The property is spread across an area of 1485 sq ft carpet and has two car parking slots. According to the report, the actress, who is married to Yash Raj Film's chief Aditya Chopra, purchased the swanky apartment for Rs 7.12 crore and paid a stamp duty of Rs 21.37 lacs. Reportedly, the per sq ft price of the unit is around Rs 48,000 per sq ft. Rani is yet to confirm the news.
Well, not just Rani, the report stated that Disha Patani also purchased an apartment in the same complex and registered the property on June 16, 2021. Reportedly, Disha's apartment is on the 16th floor of the F wing and is spread across 1,118.59 sq ft carpet and comes with two car parks. The actress reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 17.85 lakh for the apartment.
According to reports, Tiger Shroff, a few years ago, purchased an apartment in Rustomjee Paramount. Brothers Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya reportedly took flats on rent in the same complex.
