Indian cricketer KL Rahul shares a special bond with Bollywood superstar Suniel Shetty, his daughter Athiya Shetty and son Ahan Shetty. Rahul and Athiya are rumoured to be dating but father Suniel doesn't want to spill the beans right now. On Day 1 of the second Test against England at Lord's, KL Rahul scored a century and put India on top. While the country celebrated this achievement, Suniel couldn't keep calm.
The Bollywood superstar celebrated KL Rahul's century seated at home. He shared a video and thanked him for giving him his birthday gift. Suniel turned 60 on August 11. He wrote, "100 at the Mecca of cricket! Congratulations and god bless baba @rahulkl Ps: thank you for my bday gift!" Athiya, on her Instagram stories, cheered for KL Rahul.
Athiya is currently in England with KL Rahul and the rest of the Indian cricket team. She featured in Anushka Sharma's recent Instagram picture and posed with KL Rahul. Reportedly, KL Rahul listed Athiya as his partner before leaving for England in June.
In an interview, Suniel revealed that Athiya is in England but said she is on a vacation with Ahan. "Yes, she is in England, but she is with Ahan. The brother-sister duo has gone there for a holiday. Rest you may check with them," the actor said.
